Pastor Nike Adeyemi is a minister, author, speaker, and social entrepreneur whose life’s work bridges faith, leadership, and humanitarian service. She is the Co-founder and Deputy Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre in Lagos, Nigeria, where she serves alongside her husband, Pastor Sam Adeyemi. Widely recognized as “The Real Woman,” Pastor Nike is passionate about empowering individuals, strengthening families, and fostering emotional healing. Born in Ibadan, Nigeria, Pastor Nike is the eldest of four children. She studied Architecture at Obafemi Awolowo University, earning both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, before pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Business School Netherlands. Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to executive education programs at Harvard Business School, and she is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach. In recognition of her impact, she has received honorary doctorates in Divinity and Social Services from Heart Bible International University, USA.

Since co‑founding Daystar Christian Centre in 1995, Pastor Nike has played a pivotal role in shaping its vision, focusing on family enrichment, leadership development, and practical faith. She also serves as a facilitator at Daystar Leadership Academy, equipping leaders with tools for ethical decision‑making and personal growth. Her humanitarian initiatives are equally far‑reaching. Through The Real Woman Foundation, she provides vocational training, rehabilitation, and economic support for vulnerable women and girls. Under its umbrella, she established Love Home Orphanage in Lagos, offering shelter and education to abandoned and orphaned children. Her global outreach is coordinated through Real Woman International Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. A prolific author and media voice, Pastor Nike hosts the television program Real Woman with Nike Adeyemi and the podcast Conversations with Nike Adeyemi.
